COURT RESERVATION

General

  • You can bring your equipment, or you can hire or purchase it at the club.
  • No cancellations will be permitted outside the cancellation period stated in the Playtomic app

Private Bookings

  • The booking owner is responsible for managing the entire booking.
  • The booking owner must add all participating players to the booking.

Open Matches

  • If you’re looking for more flexibility with your booking, consider using the Open Match option. This allows you to join or host a game where other players can easily join in.
  • Open matches will automatically cancel one hour before the scheduled time if the minimum number of players hasn’t been reached.

RAINY DAY WALLET

Cancellation and Conversion

When your outdoor plans are hindered by the rain, we've got you covered. Your booking will be converted into a Playtomic Voucher, ensuring your funds are not lost. These vouchers will be added to the players' Club Wallet, ready to be utilised for future sunny adventures. The Booking Owner (player who books the match) will need to ensure that the full amount for the booking is paid into the Rainy Day Wallet in Playtomic.

Voucher Validity

Your Rainy Day Fund will be available for use as a separate wallet. You can top up this wallet at the club with your credit card if desired. These funds are ONLY available for court bookings and cannot be used for any other purchase.

RACKET RENTALS

Handling and Care

We kindly ask that all rented rackets be handled with care to ensure they remain in good condition for future use. Ensure that the racket is secured around your wrist before you play.

Please avoid:

  • Hitting rackets on the ground, poles, or other hard surfaces.
  • Knocking with your hands, feet and/or legs
  • Leaving rackets exposed to extreme heat or moisture.
  • Using the racket for any purpose other than playing padel.

Rental Period

Rackets are rented for the duration of your booking. During this time you are responsible for your racket. All rackets must be returned at the end of your booking period.

To ensure fairness and availability for all, we've outlined a few simple guidelines to help manage your recurring bookings smoothly.

RECURRING BOOKINGS

Request and Confirmation

  • Customers must request recurring reservations by contacting us directly on WhatsApp (066 547-0985)
  • Staff will confirm the primary reservation and recurring instances via the Playtomic app.

Scheduling

  • Recurring reservations will be scheduled based on court availability.
  • The same time slot and court will be allocated for each recurring instance, if available.

Cancellation and Changes

  • Customers must provide at least 48 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations to recurring reservations via WhatsApp at (066) 547-0985.
  • Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equal to the court booking fee.
  • The booking owner must have their players confirm and pay in the Playtomic App their portion of the court fees

COACHING CLASS CANCELLATION

Member-Initiated Cancellations

  1. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled class will receive a full refund or credit towards a future class.
  2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class will result in a 50% refund.
  3. No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class.

Club-Initiated Cancellations:

  1. The club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule coaching classes due to low enrollment, coach unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  2. In the event of a club-initiated cancellation, members will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Missed Classes

  1. If a member misses a class without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
  2. Exceptions may be made for medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the club manager.
