CLUB POLICIES
At Station Padel, we want to ensure a safe and responsible play for all our members. We encourage all members to familiarize themselves with our guidelines to make the most of their time with us. Your cooperation is key to creating a positive and thriving community at our club.
MATCH CANCELLATION
Member-Initiated Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled match will incur no penalty.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled match will result in a loss of the booking fee and may impact future booking privileges if repeated.
Club-Initiated Cancellations
- The club reserves the right to cancel matches due to inclement weather, court maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event of a club-initiated cancellation, affected members will be notified as soon as possible and offered a rescheduled match or a full refund.
No-Show Policy
If a member fails to show up for a scheduled match without prior notice, they may lose booking privileges and be charged a no-show fee equivalent to the booking fee.
RAINY DAYS
Match Cancellation
- The club reserves the right to cancel outdoor matches if the weather conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for play, particularly in the event of rain.
- Members will be notified of cancellations as early as possible via email, SMS, or the club’s mobile app.
- If a match is canceled due to rain, members will be offered the option to reschedule the match at a convenient time or receive a full refund.
Decision Timing
- A decision regarding match cancellations due to rain will typically be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled match time.
- Members are advised to check their email, SMS, or the club’s mobile app for updates before leaving for the club.
No-Show Due to Weather
If a member chooses not to attend a scheduled match due to rain without prior notice, and the match has not been officially canceled by the club, the regular no-show policy will apply, including potential loss of booking fees.
COACHING CLASS CANCELLATION
Member-Initiated Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled class will receive a full refund or credit towards a future class.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class will result in a 50% refund.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class.
Club-Initiated Cancellations:
- The club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule coaching classes due to low enrollment, coach unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event of a club-initiated cancellation, members will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Missed Classes
- If a member misses a class without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
- Exceptions may be made for medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the club manager.
BROKEN RACKETS
Member Responsibility
- Members are responsible for the maintenance and care of their rackets.
- If a racket is broken during a match, the club is not liable for repair or replacement unless it was rented from the club.
Club-Rented Rackets
- If a racket rented from the club breaks during normal play, the member must report it immediately to the club manager.
- The club will assess the damage. If it is determined that the racket broke due to normal wear and tear, the club will replace it at no cost.
- If the damage is deemed to be due to misuse or neglect, the member will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.
